I&#039;d look for a dwarf bamboo such as Dwarf White Stripe (&lt;em&gt;Pleioblastus fortunei&lt;/em&gt;) or Variegated Dwarf Bamboo (&lt;em&gt;Pleioblastus variegatus&lt;/em&gt;)  -  these are good in containers and grow up 1&#039;-3&#039; tall. Hope this helps!</description>

		<description>Hi, my friend is looking for a type of bamboo that her can put in a planter box, only about 2 feet high( bamboo) that he can plant on his balcony as a type of seperation between his neighbors side and his side, we live in new Orleans. Can u suggest anything, he likes the verticle bamboo.</description>
