I live just outside the city of Toowoomba in southern Queensland where our water storages are down to 19% of capacity and we're having to endure a total outdoor watering ban. Good golly! Vancouver sounds like paradise on earth. I’m jealous – 100mm in 24 hours would be a Godsend in my part of the world.
