		<description>If that picture is anywhere near Victoria Harbour it may be the work of my great grandfather! My Grandmother told me that he spread some red poppy seeds along the railway tracks around the 1940&#039;s? They lived nearby and she watched them grow and spread all over the place!

		<description>A few years ago here in Portland, the city opted to sow wildflower seeds in areas alongside the freeways and streets that they were required to maintain. I love it so much more than grass. A riot of bloom!
