Lettuce and multiplier onions are ready to eat, but nothing else yet. We've had a cold spring. I'm using lots of fresh parsley, thyme, oregano and chives, though.

My Arugula bolted also! During the hot days, in between torrential rains and cloudy days, in april. Im still eating it though! The actualSEED pods are great! Im getting small baby lettuce sized leaves up the stem that taste very good with no sign of woodyness or excessive bitterness associated with bolting. My cilantro is going slow but this is porbably just due to the overcompeeting arugula shading it

I'm harvesting arugula and spinach too. My bok choy looks like it might be ready, but I'm not completely sure. They are now the size of baby bok choy, but the seed package didn't call them "baby", just "bok choy"!

Andrea, mine bolted last week too. I do have some black seeded simpson left, but it will turn bitter soon. This is good what you're showing. I'm doing a weekly letter on Mondays about the veggie garden too. Cheers.~~Dee

Your harvest looks yummy. We're kind of between harvests right now, but I did get a large handful of Blue Lake bush beans last night, which we enjoyed with dinner!

Great post! What are the other two vegetables? I'd love to try broadening the very limited palate of our own little locavores. : )
