Laura - Oh, those greens are going to taste so good! The radish from the Easter Egg mix; I think they're lovely, but I'm wondering what to do with them beyond chopping into salads. Any thoughts?

Daphne - so sad! But that must mean the real summer crops are here. :)

Mangocheeks - they do, don't they? I can't get enough.

Toni - They definitely count! Hurray! Oh, but you're right - time to start planning for the winter garden. Ugh.

Emma - you're welcome :) Glad you're getting a good harvest.

I'm harvesting lettuce and bok choy that, thanks to a kind friend's advice, are remarkably free of slug bites!

Ok, I know they're just "beet thinnings", but I was so excited to see actual beet root attached to my greens the other day! They count as beets to me :)!

We're also eating young favas, lots of peas, garlic scapes, and lots of greens too. The tomatoes have some flowers here and there, and the potatoes are going crazy. Just a few flowers though, but any day now... And I'm excited to see the zucchini, bean, and dill sprouts. Now I just have to get my head around starting the winter crop...

Harvest Tuesday sounds good to me. Enjoy those lush greens, taste so much better than shop bought.

That radish looks especially good! I'll be harvesting salad greens in the next few days. Hopefully potatoes not to far after that.
